Eva Longoria Parker has filed for divorce from Tony Parker.


Just yesterday, Eva's rep denied split rumours saying that any talk of divorce was "100 per cent false".
But today, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed to CNN that the Desperate Housewives star had filed a petition for divorce.
The actress has cited "irreconcilable differences" for the break-up and it's thought that she is seeking spousal support from the basketball star.
The 35-year-old has also requested that her name be restored to Eva Jacqueline Longoria.

The paperwork also mentioned the couple's prenuptial agreement, which was updated two years ago.

They've been married for three years.
